By accessing or using rovigoesreal.com (the “Site”) or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about REAL Broker and a way to submit your information for follow-up conversations. The Site is operated by Team ROVI, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. Steve Rovithis is the operating principal of Team ROVI, LLC and a licensed real estate agent of The Real Brokerage Inc.

The Site does NOT:

• Constitute an offer of employment, contractor relationship, or any binding agreement
• Establish an agent-broker relationship until you have signed REAL Broker’s onboarding paperwork
• Provide legal, tax, or financial advice
• Guarantee any specific income, lead volume, or business outcome

Any compensation figures, lead volume estimates, or production examples on the Site are illustrative based on operator experience. Your results will vary.

If you submit a form with your phone number AND you check the SMS/calls consent checkbox on the form, you give prior express written consent for Team ROVI, LLC, its affiliates, and service providers to contact you by autodialed, prerecorded, or AI-generated calls and text messages about your inquiry.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of any service. If you submit a form without checking the consent checkbox, we will only contact you by email — no calls or texts.

Message frequency (when consented): typically 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. See the Privacy Policy for full details on how phone numbers are used and retained.

We use AI tools to:

• Generate content for the Site (clearly identified as our editorial output, not as third-party endorsement)
• Respond to inquiries via email and text (subject to your prior express written consent per §3 — texts only with consent)
• Analyze Site usage in aggregate

AI-generated voice and text communications are clearly attributable to Team ROVI, LLC. We do not impersonate other agents or brokerages.

You acknowledge that AI-generated communications may contain errors and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or business advice. Your decisions about joining Team ROVI or REAL Broker should be based on your own independent verification of compensation structures, contracts, and licensing requirements.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access systems or accounts you are not authorized to access
• Scrape, harvest, or replicate Site content for competitive use
• Send spam, malware, or harmful code through any form on the Site

All Site content (text, design, code, images, compensation analysis, structural arguments) is owned by Steve Rovithis or licensed to him, except:

• REAL Broker trademarks and logos, used per REAL’s brand guidelines
• Third-party content clearly attributed to its source

You may share or quote Site content with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions for competitive recruiting or republish without permission.

Steve Rovithis is a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts, operating under The Real Brokerage Inc. Team ROVI is a team of independent licensed agents within REAL Broker, with members holding licenses in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Florida.

RoviGoesReal.com is operated by Team ROVI, LLC and is not an official publication of The Real Brokerage Inc. All compensation figures and structural claims are the operating principal’s own analysis. Verify current structures with REAL Broker before making brokerage decisions.

Team ROVI is a team of independent licensed agents operating under The Real Brokerage Inc. Joining Team ROVI requires signing REAL Broker’s standard agent paperwork.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on the Site is accurate, current, or complete.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAM ROVI, LLC, STEVE ROVITHIS, AND THEIR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY COMMUNICATIONS WITH US.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

At Team ROVI, LLC’s sole discretion, any dispute may be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Massachusetts, in lieu of court proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old and either a licensed real estate professional or actively pursuing licensure to submit a form. By submitting, you represent that you meet these criteria.

Team ROVI, LLC is not liable for failure to perform under these Terms where such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, government action, internet or infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Team ROVI, LLC retains the sole right to elect whether to reform the invalid provision to its closest enforceable equivalent or treat it as severed.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Team ROVI, LLC regarding use of the Site, superseding any prior communications.

Failure by Team ROVI, LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.

By using the Site or submitting a form, you consent to receive communications from Team ROVI, LLC in electronic form. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You may not assign these Terms. Team ROVI, LLC may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to any successor entity without notice.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team ROVI, LLC, its affiliates, and Steve Rovithis from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law in connection with your use of the Site.
